Beleza de Precisão® is Dr. Caíque Dias's signature technique for natural facial harmonization: first an analysis of the whole face, including its thirds, proportions and angles, and then hyaluronic acid injections in small volumes, only where the analysis shows they make a difference. It can include the lips, chin, jawline and nose, plus a deep hydration of the cheekbones, without altering your features. Filler gives an immediate result, with final settling in about 15 days, and how long it lasts varies from person to person.

How I do it
Beleza de Precisão is how I approach facial harmonization. Before any needle, I do a complete facial analysis: the thirds of the face, the proportions, the angles and how the eyes, nose, chin, eyebrows and jaw balance one another. Harmony is not excess, it is mathematics applied to beauty. Not every lip needs volume, and not every asymmetry needs to be corrected. Sometimes treating only the chin already balances the proportions of the entire face.
Then come the millimetric adjustments with hyaluronic acid. On the lips, contour on the upper lip and a little volume on the lower lip, or the correction of a small asymmetry. On the chin and jawline, a more defined shape, and for a more feminine, V-shaped jawline, the plan is made together with the chin. On the cheekbones, the step is a different one: a deep hydration of the zygomatic (cheekbone) area creates a highlight and softens a face that has become thinner. I am not a fan of sessions with 10, 15 or 20 ml. In one jawline contour case, 1 ml per side was enough to give the area structure. Each case is evaluated individually. What can happen
After filler, swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary asymmetry are common, especially on the lips, where the swelling goes down in the first few days. As with any injectable, rare complications can occur, including vascular ones, which need to be recognized and treated promptly, and that is why anatomical knowledge and injection by a physician are essential. When necessary, hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, previous medical conditions and regular medications must be disclosed beforehand. Results vary from person to person, and the plan is only defined after the evaluation.

Does facial harmonization look fake?
It can, when too much product is used or the indication is wrong. That is why I work with small volumes, after the facial analysis, and I don't do sessions with 10, 15 or 20 ml at once. The aim is a subtle result, in which you still recognize yourself in the mirror.
How long does hyaluronic acid filler last?
The result is temporary, because hyaluronic acid is gradually absorbed by the body. The Brazilian Society of Dermatology cites a duration of 1 to 2 years for fillers, and the time varies with the area, the product and each person. Maintenance is planned at the follow-up appointments.
Is facial harmonization safe?
Safety depends on the right indication, in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and injection by a physician. Even so, no procedure is risk-free: swelling and bruising are common in the first few days, and rare complications, such as vascular ones, need to be recognized and treated promptly. An in-person evaluation is the first step.
